(“Hamilton AI,” or “we,” or “us,” or “our”) collects personal information based on your interactions with us during your visit to our website, online platform, and other integrated services and software provided by us (collectively, the “Services”). This Privacy Policy does not cover the personal information we collect about employees, independent contractors, or job applicants.

I. Personal Information We Collect

When you interact with our Services, we collect your personal information from you when you visit or use our Services, list your aircraft(s) for engagement and booking, make or facilitate any travel bookings, request information, quotes or other pricing options from us, register for our newsletter, subscribe for product updates, place inquiries, comments, feedback or complaints, contact us via email or by phone, or otherwise interact with us through the Services. We also collect personal information from third parties, including but not limited to your employers, colleagues and other third parties who serve as our clients who may upload or provide your personal information to obtain our Services, or other third parties via email plug-ins that you choose to connect with our Services, such as Gmail and Microsoft Outlook.

We collect the following categories of personal information from you or about you:

  • Personal identifiers: name, email address, mailing or billing address, phone number, date of birth, IP address, passport information or other government-issued documents, information contained in customer reviews, inquiries and complaints, and account usernames and passwords
  • Protected class information: gender identity and citizenship
  • Commercial and financial information: credit card or other payment information via our third-party payment processors; records of products or services ordered or considered (e.g., total money spent and details of your travel bookings, including but not limited to your departure/arrival destinations, travel dates, number of travelers, and other information related to your bookings)
  • Internet or other electronic activity information: your IP address, your device and browser type, your browsing and search history on our Services, and information regarding your interactions with our Services and our advertisements
  • Professional information: job title, work email address, company name and other information about your employer, including your employer’s name
  • Geolocation information: information regarding your location, including your departures/arrivals and the type of aircraft(s) used
  • Audio and visual information: recordings of customer service calls for quality assurance purposes and to provide our Services
  • Information collected from third-party connected services (Gmail and Outlook): account profile information, including your name and email address, as well as other personal information contained in your email inboxes, calendar data, and other similar files
  • Inferences drawn from the personal information we collect

II. How We Use Your Personal Information

We use your personal information to provide you with the information you request and services that you order or that are ordered on your behalf, including providing flight-related information and price quotations and facilitating your travel bookings and reservations, to contact you from time to time, provide you with customer support, required notices, advertisements, marketing promotions and offers about products or services we think may be of interest to you, including our own products and services as well as those of our customers.

Because our Services are built upon the use of artificial intelligence (AI), we use your personal information to improve our AI models and technologies for the purposes of enhancing our Services and personalizing your user experiences. You may choose to opt-out of having your personal information used for AI training purposes at any time by contacting us at support@hamilton.ai.

We also use your personal information about your use of our Services to monitor and improve our Services; for internal business analysis; to prevent fraud, activities that violate our Terms of Use or that are illegal; to comply with our legal obligations and to protect our rights and the rights and safety of our users or others.

We disclose your personal information with service providers that help us operate our business, including through payment processing, verifying customer information, managing customer information, providing customer service, location analytics, and transportation services, facilitating email communications, providing security services and cloud-based data storage, hosting our Services and assistance with other IT-related functions, providing internal business analytics, advertising and marketing of our products, and providing legal and accounting services.

Additionally, we disclose your personal information collected through our Services with third parties that may provide you with information about products or services you may be interested in.

We also disclose your personal information as required or permitted by law to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process or government request or inquiry, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is legally required or otherwise necessary to protect our or others’ rights, property, or safety, including to law enforcement agencies and judicial and regulatory authorities. And we may transfer your personal information to a third party in the event of an actual or proposed sale, merger, or reorganization of our entity or other corporate restructuring.

We may use cookies, pixel tags, web beacons and other similar tracking technologies (“tracking technologies”) to automatically collect information through our Services. V. Do Not Track Signals

Do Not Track (DNT) header signals allow users to tell certain websites not to track their online activities. Because there is no current industry or legal standard for recognizing or honoring DNT signals, we do not respond to them at this time.

VI. California Shine the Light Law

California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the “Shine the Light” law, permits California residents that have an established business relationship with a business to annually request, free of charge, information about certain categories of personal information a business has disclosed to third parties for those parties’ direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.

VII. Personal Information of Minors

Our Services are not directed to minors under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect any personal information of minors.

We implement and maintain reasonable security measures appropriate to the nature of the personal information that we collect, use, retain, transfer or otherwise process. IX. Other Third-Party Websites and Social Media Buttons

Our Services may contain links to other third-party websites, including social media buttons that link to social media platforms. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of those websites or social media platforms. The privacy policies and terms of use for those third parties’ websites or social media platforms govern those third parties’ privacy practices. This Privacy Policy applies only to our business and the personal information we collect.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, especially to reflect changes in applicable laws. If we make changes to this Privacy Policy, we will post these changes on the website and update the date of the Privacy Policy. If the changes are material, you will be notified via a notice on our website.
